Warranty and complaints
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for a replacement free of charge.
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our services. We kindly ask you to make the complaint known to us in detail by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will handle the complaint within 7 days and try to handle the complaint to everyone's satisfaction. If we need more time to respond substantively to the complaint, you will be informed.
From 15 February 2016 it is possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
